ALL NCV CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED TO VERIFY THE EXTERNAL PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE OF ENTRIES TO CONFIRM CORRECTNESS OF THEIR EXAMINATIONS ENTRIES BEFORE BEING SENT TO DHET.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO VERIFY THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
1.  Correct spelling of surname and name(s).  please make sure that your personal details (Surname           and Names(s) are in the same order as they appear on your identity document/card.
2.  Identity number
3.  Course and total number of instructional offerings (subjects) registered for.
4.  Candidates will not be allowed to enroll for more than seven (7) subjects in one examination sitting.

Please note that it is mandatory that every candidate sign next to his/her name on the prelim document to confirm correctness of PERSONAL DETAILS and SUBJECTS enrolled for.  The verification process will commence on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 until Friday, 25 July 2025
